How do I purchase tickets?
Admission is free for our 25th anniversary show!

How much does the parking cost at the facility?
Parking at Prospera Place is charged by the hour with multi hour discounts, please see parking lot kiosk for details.
 
Is food available at the venue?
Yes, Prospera Place supplies food and refreshments for all events at the facility, there are also concession stands throughout the show.
 
Are there ATMs on site?
Yes, there are ATM's in the building.
 
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the facility is fully wheelchair accessible.
 
Are wheelchairs available to borrow?
Wheelchairs are available for rent.
 
How can I find a particular exhibitor at the show?
At the show you can find exhibitors listed in the show guide available at the front doors.
 
What can I expect to see at the show?
The show has more than 100 exhibitors and experts offering great products and services for decorating and renovating your home. 

This year we have a special Kid zone sponsored by tutor doctor! Games and activities for ages 4-13, face painting for the kids by Kiki the Eco Elf from 10am to 1pm each day and a spin and win prize wheel!

Our focus this year is outdoor living and off-grid living with over 30 companies related to these categories! If you are looking for help or products to make your backyard your outside oasis you don't want to miss this show! And don't miss the chickens in booth P10!

Pick up an Exhibitor Bingo card at the entrance and collect all 30 stamps before dropping your card off at the drop off points for a chance to win a great prize!

Drop off points for Bingo Cards are D1-D3 with Canada's Best Decks & Railings or C12, C14 with Habitat for Humanity!

Spot the Doc! Kids can play along with their own game of spot the doc sponsored by Tutor Doctor. If they see 5 Tutor Doctor signs and record where they were, they can enter to win a Herschel backpack!

How long should I plan to stay at the show?
The show can take between 1 and 2 hours to see, depending on your itinerary, goals and objectives.  We recommend that you plan to spend a bit more time visiting with exhibitors, as they are quite varied and can serve as valuable resource for your home improvement questions.
